Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy, eligible exceptions, and how to get in touch.

All purchases are final and non-refundable once completed. Access to your account is granted immediately upon payment, and all sales are considered final from that point.

Filing chargebacks on non-refundable purchases may result in a permanent ban at Blueberry Funded.

Non-Refundable

  • Change of mind or reconsideration after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with challenge rules or trading conditions

  • Failure to trade or use the account after purchase

  • Payments made via any method other than a direct debit or credit card transaction, including but not limited to: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other mobile wallets; PayPal; Skrill; UPI; cryptocurrency; bank transfers; and any other third-party or alternative payment method

  • Payments sent via an incorrect or unsupported crypto network

  • Partially completed challenges or breached accounts


Exceptions

For payments made by direct debit/credit card only (excluding mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and all other alternative payment methods), a refund request will only be reviewed in the following situations:

  • Duplicate or accidental purchase - where the same order was charged more than once, supported by payment evidence

  • Service non-delivery - where Blueberry Futures is unable to provide account access after confirmed support attempts within our resolution timeframe

In all exception cases, our support team will first attempt to resolve the issue directly. A refund is only considered if the issue cannot be remedied.


How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are accepted only when they meet the eligible exceptions outlined above and are submitted within 14 days of purchase. To submit a request, reach out via email at [email protected] or through live chat with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Your account ID

  • The email address used at checkout

Requests submitted outside the 14-day window or without the required details will not be processed.


Promotional Refunds

Any refund arrangements tied to a promotion or offer are governed by the specific terms of that promotion and are separate from this standard policy.


Cancelling Your Account

  • To cancel your account, shoot us an email at [email protected].

  • After cancellation, all access to your account and Blueberry Futures services will be revoked. No refunds will be issued for previously paid fees.


Right to Termination

Blueberry Futures reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our General Terms & Conditions. That includes:

  • Deactivating accounts

  • Blocking access to our services

  • Forfeiting evaluation fees

  • Potential bans from future participation
