We believe in clear rules, fast decisions, and no hidden conditions. If your plans change, we get it - but here’s exactly how it works when it comes to refunds, cancellations, and account terminations.
Refunds – What You Need to Know
Eligibility: You’re eligible for a full refund if you haven’t placed a single trade after purchasing your account.
Request Window: Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase to request your refund.
Processing Time: Refunds are sent back via your original payment method. You’ll receive confirmation once it’s been processed.
Crypto Payments: Sorry - no refunds for crypto purchases. This is a strict AML requirement.
Important: If you’ve started trading, you’ve committed to the challenge. No refunds can be issued after that point.
Cancelling Your Account
To cancel your account, shoot us an email at [email protected].
After cancellation, all access to your account and Blueberry Futures services will be revoked. No refunds will be issued for previously paid fees.
Right to Termination
Blueberry Futures reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our General Terms & Conditions. That includes:
Deactivating accounts
Blocking access to our services
Forfeiting evaluation fees
Potential bans from future participation
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute comes up and we can’t resolve it together, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By signing up, you agree not to dispute or reverse any charges with your payment provider once services have been rendered or accessed.
