Account Limits & Allocation Rules

We allow traders to diversify their strategies by holding multiple accounts. However, different limits apply depending on whether you are in the Evaluation phase or the Funded phase.

1. Evaluation Phase (The Challenge)

During the evaluation, limits are applied per account type.

  • Limit: You can hold a maximum of 3 Active Accounts of the same type at one time.

The Math:

Since we have two distinct account types (Ascent and Accelerated), you can theoretically hold:

  • βœ… 3 Active Ascent Accounts

  • βœ… 3 Active Accelerated Accounts

  • Total: 6 Active Evaluations simultaneously.

2. Funded Phase (Live)

Once you pass, the rules tighten to ensure fair risk management across the firm. The limit becomes a Total Cap, regardless of account type.

  • Max Funded Accounts: 3 Accounts Total.

  • Max Capital Allocation: $450,000.

Allocation Examples

You can mix and match account sizes ($50k, $100k, $150k) as long as you don't exceed the limits.

Portfolio Combination

Total Capital

Status

3x $150k Accounts

$450,000

βœ… Max Allocation

1x $50k + 1x $100k + 1x $150k

$300,000

βœ… Allowed

2x $50k Accounts

$100,000

βœ… Allowed

4x $50k Accounts

$200,000

❌ Prohibited (Exceeds 3 accounts)

What if I pass a 4th account?

If you pass more than 3 evaluations, the extra accounts are placed on Standby. You can activate them only when a slot opens up in your portfolio (e.g., if you close or breach one of your active 3 accounts).

πŸ’‘ Managing Multiple Accounts

Now that you know you can hold multiple accounts, you might be wondering how to trade them all efficiently. Are you allowed to copy your own trades across your portfolio?
