Payout Timeline & Processing
We know speed matters. Because we use Rise, our payouts are significantly faster than traditional bank wires.
Here is what to expect once you submit a request:
Internal Review:
Our risk team reviews your request within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days) to ensure all consistency and trading rules were followed.
Funds Sent:
Once approved, the transfer to your Rise Wallet is initiated. This processing step takes an additional 24–48 hours.
Withdrawal from Rise:
Crypto (USDT/USDC): Typically arrives in 30 minutes to a few hours.
Bank Transfer / ACH: Typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your local bank's processing speed.
Total Estimated Time:
Crypto Users: ~3-5 Business Days total.
Bank Users: ~5–7 Business Days total.
"PAID" Status: If your Dashboard shows “PAID,” this means the funds have successfully left our system and are now in your Rise Wallet.
Please log in to your Rise account to withdraw the funds to your final destination (Bank or Crypto).
If you do not see the funds in Rise within 24 hours of the status changing to "PAID," please contact support.
