We welcome scalpers who profit from quick market moves. However, we strictly distinguish between Legitimate Scalping (Skill) and Tick Scalping (Manipulation).

Is there a minimum time I must hold a trade? We do not enforce a hard "1-minute" rule for every single trade. However, our Risk Team monitors for Tick Scalping behavior.

Trades that are consistently opened and closed in sub-second intervals (e.g., 0-5 seconds) are characteristic of High-Frequency Trading (HFT) and arbitrage bots. This trading behavior is prohibited.

If you are manually entering and exiting trades based on market structure, you have nothing to worry about. Legitimate scalping typically lasts significantly longer than the latency of a data feed.
