Overnight & Weekend Policy
To manage gap risk and protect both traders and the firm, we do not allow positions to be held overnight or over the weekend on our evaluation and funded accounts.
The Rule
Overnight: ❌ Not allowed. You must close all active positions and delete pending orders before the market session closes for the day (typically 4:45 PM ET).
Weekend: ❌ Not allowed. Positions may not be held into the weekend gap. All trades must be closed before the final session close of the week.
Consequence
If you do not close your positions in time, the system will automatically liquidate all open trades around 4:45 PM ET.
Auto-closure does not make it acceptable to ignore the rule – repeated or deliberate violations may be treated as a breach of trading conditions and can lead to further action on the account.
