All trading within Blueberry Futures must reflect real-market standards and responsible behavior. Any attempt to exploit the evaluation environment, misrepresent performance, or engage in behavior not reflective of live futures markets is strictly prohibited.
Examples of Prohibited Conduct include, but are not limited to:
Exploiting the simulated or evaluation environment to achieve unrealistic outcomes (e.g., avoiding slippage, taking advantage of queue priority, or exploiting artificial fills).
Using any strategy designed to manipulate the platform or Services, including exploiting price delays, display errors, or any other system irregularities.
Trading outside of the best bid or offer.
Trading using delayed or external data feeds.
Coordinating trades across multiple accounts—connected or unconnected—with the purpose of manipulating outcomes or hedging risk.
Engaging in high-frequency, opposite-position, or latency arbitrage strategies that are not viable in a regulated live trading environment.
Employing automated systems, bots, or AI-based tools to gain an unfair advantage.
Trading within 2% of an exchange-imposed price lock limit.
Trading on behalf of others, account sharing, or entering into third-party incentive arrangements.
Using tactics considered manipulative, uncommercial, or irresponsible, at the sole discretion of Blueberry Futures.
Attempting to circumvent rules or performance metrics in any way.
Other Prohibited Uses
You are solely responsible for all actions taken under your account. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited when using Blueberry Futures’ platform or services:
Posting, sharing, or distributing unsolicited advertising, spam, or promotional materials.
Using any scraping, crawling, or data harvesting tools to access or extract information from the platform.
Utilizing VPNs, VPSs, or similar tools to obscure location or activity. Use of such services may result in account closure and forfeiture of any profits.
Accessing the platform for the purpose of gathering competitive intelligence or engaging in any activity that may compete with Blueberry Futures.
Harvesting, collecting, or misusing personal or contact information of other users.
